Appointment Cancellation
Patients who have booked appointments through our website may request cancellation by contacting the hospital prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Early cancellation is recommended to allow rescheduling or refund processing where applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made for the same service
- Payment made but the appointment could not be scheduled due to hospital constraints
- Appointment cancelled by the hospital due to unavoidable circumstances
- Technical errors resulting in unsuccessful service booking despite payment
All refund requests will be verified with transaction records before approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
- Failure of the patient to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation
- Services that have already been provided
- Incorrect information submitted by the user during booking or payment
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.
Payment Gateway Charges
In some cases, payment gateway transaction charges or processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount, as per the policies of the payment service provider.
